The Barton house gets its name from its close proximity to the Barton 1792 distillery & view of Barton rickhouses from the front door. Located near Churchill Downs, UofL, downtown, the Convention Center and Fairgrounds, and a short distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. This single family home offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. Enjoy coffee or a relaxing evening cocktail on the back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open living space provides a great area for socializing. Locally made art and decor is on display, adding to the uniqueness of the space.

Stay in a historic cottage, dating back to the 1830's. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bardstown, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, markets, events, and nightlife. Country House/ City House

We are located in South Louisville but pretty much centrally located to everything in the City of Louisville. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Churchill Downs, 15 minutes from downtown attractions, close to interstate access and 1 mile from a park. Also, our guests are welcome to relax by our koi ponds and to see my husband’s fish aquariums in his Fish House by just walking through gate at the guest house. We pride ourselves on Southern Hospitality!
