The backyard is a private oasis with towering trees, a bamboo forest and a large pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Enjoy an indoor fireplace in winter, an outdoor fireplace and grill in summer, or a beach bonfire under the stars.

Family Friendly Island Home

Our easy going and comfortable house has a huge yard with lots of sunshine. Within biking access to beaches, farm stands and a nature preserve, enjoy the country and beach all in one vacation. This is not an anonymous rental its a real home so it's perfect for families with children, there are toys, games, books and art supplies available. There is no AC in the house, ceiling fans in bedrooms and the living room, this is usually not a problem on any but the absolute hottest days of summer

Cozy Shelter Island 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Cottage

This cozy cottage is perfect place to relax and unwind. Located in the center of the island about a mile from the beach and nature preserve. Sleeps up to 9 people - with queen size aero bed provided. Linens, dishes, utensils etc. included. Fridge has icemaker and filtered water feature. Outdoor covered dining area with table and 8 chairs. 2 person swing, BBQ & outdoor shower. 2/3 acre.
