Private, but close to so much, it’s Perfect for a Romantic Getaway, or a long Vacation. Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Swim in the large pool (opens 04/25 and closes mid-October (there's an additional charge for heating - see below), relax in a hammock or bbq on the deck. Maritime Village Getaway with Backyard

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. Perfectly situated on 1.75 acres. 3 minute drive, or easy walk, to the center of Greenport village, 2 minute ferry ride to quaint Shelter Island, and a 6 minute drive to tip of Orient. So right in the middle of the action with the peace and serenity of living outside the village. Private beach a short walk/ride down the street.

Nestled steps from the beach, and all that Greenport and the North Fork has to offer, this exquisitely charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront home is absolutely delightful.. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the Saltwater pool.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets).
