Located in the heart of Shalimar, Florida with a small water view, this lovely cottage is walking distance from a wonderful park, the town hall, and a marina with daily boat slip rentals. This home was built in 1948 & has since been completely renovated, while still keeping some old charm. The beach is only 4 miles away. There is also 30 ft of boat trailer parking on the side of the house.
