Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. An ideally located, authentic Greek place to spend your holidays in the island. Located in Koskinou village right outside the city of Rhodes and next to Kallithea and the most majestic beaches. Koskinou is the typical greek village with its magical little roads, one of the few to keep its greek identity through the ages. This stone house was built at the start of the 18th century. It is newly renovated, comfortable, with a spacious private patio to experience the inside-out greek sun.

Ideally located, comfortable and cosy detached house that can accommodate up to two people in the centre of Rhodes Town. Completely renovated and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although it is located in a central part of the city of Rhodes, the neighbourhood is very quiet. The location makes it the ideal starting point for those who want to be minutes away from all the attractions of Rhodes Town.

Porta d’Acandia. Beautiful central house.

“Porta d’Acandia” house is situated beside the gate of Acandia, one of the eleven gates of Rhodes Medieval Town, the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Moat Medieval theatre where during the summer time open air concerts are being performed. No car needed - all reachable in walking distance, nearest beach 150m away, museums and restaurants. Perfect for couples. Quiet location.

Traditional Villa Sofia - a dreamhouse in Rhodes

A wonderful traditional greek living experience!! Mixing old and new in the beautiful village of Koskinou, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Rhodes town. This is my familys house since it was built in mid 1800s and it is completely renovated in 2016. Amazing roof terrace with the best view.. Comfortable beds.. Light.. Breeze.. You will love this house!!
