Yes! It actually is our homestead that we've completely updated all new inside & out for you to enjoy. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. One of the best locations in pigeon forge. 3 miles to Dollywood 1.5 miles to the island 2.8 miles to titanic museum 9 miles to Gatlinburg Tn 3.7 miles to tanger outlet 3.2 miles to wonderworks 30 seconds from Food City 3 bed 2 bath house, have the whole house to yourself. 2 bedrooms has a king bed and 1 bed has a 2 single bed with a trundle bed, sleeps 8. Full game room, pool table, poker table, arcade system, fooseball table and full wet bar in the game room. Hot tub on deck.

Our home is a 7 minute drive to Dollywood and 15 minutes to Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains. The Evening is Lit Up on the strip! Expect paved roads and mountain curves. Pigeon Forge is SAFE as you'll see the Police and Fire Departments are located on the left going up to our Airbnb. We are central to grocery stores restaurants and attractions.

Smoky Mountain Relaxation Station!

This house is located 15 minutes from Dollywood in a very private area 5 minutes from the main road leading you into all the action, 15-20 minutes from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. It’s a perfect location You won’t be disappointed with the amount of comfort and relaxation this property offers. We can’t wait for your arrival! There is also a small 2 person apartment on this same property if you need a little extra space for friends and family, It’s listed separately on Airbnb.

Amazing views in private nature reserve

A-frame home in a 70 acre private nature reserve with lofty windows overlooking Mt. LeConte and the main Smokies range. This 3 bedroom home has a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with two twins, and 3rd bedroom also with two twins. The living room has tall windows and mountain views.
