You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Vacation Station. Our brand new, modern cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Elegantly furnished, it offers open living space, dining, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertop. The master bedroom offers a K sized bed, a 42” smartTV, a walk in closet/on suite with stand up shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms have Q size beds. They share hallway bath with bath/shower. Sheets and towels provided.

It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
