The Grand Hotel Chia Laguna and it's famous Piazzetta are just 100m away, and several shops, restaurants, bars, the Pharmacy and newsstand are at 200m. All furniture, appliances, table and kitchenware are of the very high level

Situata in località Chia, alle spalle del Chia Laguna Sardinia, questa elegante villa, offre una vista strepitosa sulla spiaggia di Monte Cogoni dominata dalla famosa torre saracena e dalla laguna con i tipici fenicotteri rosa. La villa è composta da una camera da letto, soggiorno, soppalco con un letto una piazza e mezza, cucina e bagno. Dispone di una veranda con doccia esterna. La villa offre una vista sul mare e tutti i comfort per il viaggiatore, e si trova a soli 700 metri dal mare.

Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
