Genieße die Ruhe in unserer stilvollen Oase mitten in Es Llombards . Unser großes Dorfhaus ist komplett modernisiert ohne seinen ursprünglichen Charme verloren zu haben. Die 3 großen Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und durch die Fußbodenheizung ist das Haus ganzjährig bewohnbar bzw. fürs Homeoffice geeignet. Der große Salzwasserpool und die 360° Dachterrasse machen die Urlaubserholung komplett. Santanyí und zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Design beach house

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

Finca muy tranquila situada al sudeste de la isla, cerca de Ses Salines y Santanyí. Bien equipada y amueblada. Des de las terrazas se pueden disfrutar de maravillosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Para los amantes del mar, el Trenc y las maravillosas playas de blanca arena del sur de mallorca se encuentran a pocos minutos en coche. Cerca tambien está el puerto de la Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa Ràpita y Ses Covetes. El pueblo mas cercano es Ses Salines, con tiendas y restaurantes.

En esta zona disponemos de cinco campos de Golf todos ellos en un radio de 15 km. Para los amantes del tennis tenemos varios Clubs.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
