Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

"Il Nido" è un romantico ed accogliente bilocale su due piani, ai piedi del Castello, nel cuore antico di Sermoneta, splendido borgo medievale perfettamente conservato, a due passi dall'incantevole "Oasi di Ninfa", dagli scavi archeologici dell'Antica Norba e dal mare di Ulisse. La camera da letto matrimoniale è al piano terra, mentre al piano superiore si trovano la cucina, il piccolo bagno-doccia attrezzato ed un balconcino, con affaccio sull'antica Piazza del Comune e la Loggia dei Mercanti.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
