The home was impeccable, and Beautifully designed, and prepared to give your guests a home-away-from home experience!

First of all, Jose and his family are very kind and make it clear that they want you to be comfortable in their guest house. They answer all questions promptly and are also very respectful of their guests privacy (which we really appreciated)! We needed an extra blanket and they brought one over. It smelled super clean; which was so comforting! The backyard is also extremely comfortable with the jacuzzi and kayaks (which we unfortunately did not have time to use this visit). The house is very close to many restaurants and a grocery store - actually all within walking distance in a very safe neighborhood. FYI: There is a space at the top of the wall that separates the bedrooms (so if there is a snorer in your group, be aware of this).😂 The family is very nice and we would stay here again if the property was available. The price is right, as is the neighborhood..and with free kayaking! You can’t beat that! Thanks to the family for providing us with such a lovely stay!

The home was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, quiet and conveniently accessed from the highway and had a nice park within walking distance to walk the dogs. A friendly community. We felt welcomed. The screened in porch and backyard were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Heidy’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Communicating was easy and always a quick response. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to restaurants/stores. Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay at Heidy’s place again!

Absolute gem!!! We couldn't recommend this home more! It is perfect! Our favorite was the lanai out back and beautiful pool, amenities, and tropical plants and flowers and trees!! The home is decorated with the most beautiful mosaic artwork and is sparkling clean! Everything we could have needed was provided! We truly didn't want to leave! We have stayed in many homes through Airbnb and other rental sites and this home was our favorite!!

Super cute place, spacious and perfect for a family! Surrounding area is quiet and very residential, yet close to just about any business or restaurant you might want.

This home is one the most wonderful place we’ve stayed in. Lovely kitchen complete with so many items to cook a family dinner. Beautiful lanai with comfortable seating and lovely plants. And the back garden is beautiful as well with many flowering plants this time of year. Ronald was very accommodating by solving all the minor problems. Loved our stay here.

We had a good stay at Ted's place. It was close to our daughter and grandkids which was wonderful and just what we needed. Ted was always responsive and helpful. The only thing future guests should know is that there is no soap/shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There was hand soap at the sink and kitchen soap in the kitchen. The kitchen amenities are very basic and don't really lend to full-time cooking which we had hoped to do. It met our needs and we would book again.

I enjoyed my stay. everything was in walking distance. loved walking down to the lake and on path. very relaxing.

I'm not the type of person that leaves good or bad reviews! Different people have different expectations. To me it's good place to stay and it's worth the money. You have king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and small private area outside. It's like one bedroom apartment on the first floor

I had no issue getting in. The instructions for arriving & departing were easy to follow. My stay was quite peaceful. The front room windows had an awesome view!! A great deal of places are in walking distance. 10/10 I would recommend.

We were recently in Deltona visiting family and spent a week at the condo. It was very clean, in a great location near area stores and restaurants, and accommodated our needs above and beyond. The grounds are very beautiful with the condo close to the pool and also a scenic nature trail. Tatiana was an amazing host and responded promptly to our questions. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in Deltona!

This little gem is located within walking distance of the downtown fun but far enough away that it's quiet. Surrounded by charming houses, this place has maintained its original build details with modern upgrades. We immediately felt at home and relaxed walking in the front door. The temperature control was excellent (very important in FL) and we had everything we needed on hand. Parking around back was a plus so we didn't have to worry about street parking. It was a lovely place and we'll be back.

We rented for my Husband birthday weekend in Sanford and was looking for someplace close - this place was so cute and easy to find. Great location as we were able to walk to historic downtown area Great communication with the host and flexible Will definitely return again

My stay at Sharon's condo was truly exceptional. Having visited NSB for 12 years, I've had numerous opportunities for comparison. If you're currently viewing this property, I recommend booking it promptly. The condo's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable. Sharon's meticulous attention to detail is evident, providing everything from cooking essentials and storage containers to complimentary toiletries, beach equipment, and kids' toys. The condo also features helpful notes throughout and an extremely comfortable bed. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

took my son for a trip to universal studios and feel like I could not have chose a better place than Dennis's! Clean and well stocked with everything you need! walking distance to restaurants grocery and gift shops. 10 mins to universal. all my Lyft rides were a smooth pick up and drop off. pools were amazing! The condo was great and the pool area was very nice. Everything you need was there. I liked that we had a gated entrance and garage parking, very secure. Whenever we contacted Danny, we had a response immediately. Would definitely go there again!

My family and I enjoy 603. Started our day with a cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Easy walk to Flagler street for shopping and places to eat. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean, very well done and up to date. Close by grocery store for shopping and the kitchen was very useful. Drove to Orlando one day to visit a park and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Note to bring your own beach towels (provided towels are for pool only) and there are daily chair rentals and umbrellas if needed. Hope this review helps to make this place be an easy pick to enjoy New Smyrna beach.

Without ever meeting Karen or David in person, it’s obvious they are fun, natural hosts and love to entertain. From the moment we walked in (it was after dark; all of the tvs were set to an aquarium scene and there was a cool turquoise glow emanating from the kitchen) we knew we had made the right choice in the Beach Shack! After a long day of driving, check-in was a breeze, the place was clean and cute as a button , and well stocked to meet our every need. Extra touches like welcome drinks and aloe vera awaited us in the fridge and a basket of convenience items in the closet are what makes it feel like your staying in a friend’s home rather than a generic rental managed by a real estate company. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen bc we shopped at the downtown farmers market and love to cook. Also perused the personalized guide book for suggestions even though we’ve visited New Smyrna many times—you always learn something new from a local! Thanks for sharing your space.
