L'immobile dispone di un ascensore e di un posteggio privato. l'appartamento comprende 2 camere matrimoniali con due servizi, in uno doccia lavabo wc e lavatrice, nel altro lavabo vasca da bagno e wc. Divisa da un corridoio è situata la zona giorno cucina e salotto ( open space ). C'è uno spazioso e luminoso balcone posto a sud-est . il riscaldamento è garantito da serpentine a pavimento e dispone di un condizionatore per il raffrescamento solo nella zona giorno.

Die grosszügige 2 Zimmerwohnung "Appartamento Amore" ist unsere Pärchenwohnung. Das Doppelbett lädt zu kuschligen Stunden vor dem Kaminfeuer ein und der offene Grundriss ist ideal für zwei Personen. Die frisch renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines alten, traditionellen Tessiner Wohnhaus samt Innenhof zum geniessen & grillen. Sie ist mit dem Auto wie auch mit den ÖV sehr gut zu erreichen und perfekt gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Ausflüge.

Il nostro appartamento è adatto a 2 persone e ad 1 bambino, si trova al pianterreno di una casa ristrutturata nel 2021 in centro, nel quartiere di Bellinzona. A 15 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Bellinzona Nord/Sud ed è raggiungibile anche comodamente con i mezzi pubblici (stazione di Bellinzona a pochi km e a 3’ dalla fermata dall'autobusus).
