Studio Henley

This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

Cosy granny flat in Royal Park, close to everything, 15 mins to airport, 5 minute drive to West Lakes Mall, 10 minute drive to beaches. The perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy. Please note that we are pet friendly. If you are planning to bring your pet, there is a $20 per night fee. Please let us know in advance at the time of your booking and ensure you clean up after your pet. Please ensure you book accordingly.
