The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. The Annex is a charming self-contained cottage with private garden, attached to a historic country house in the Scottish Borders. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, including part of the Southern Upland Way; tributaries to the salmon and trout-rich River Tweed; and also many miles of forest trails for adventure seeking mountain bikers, our accommodation will appeal to anyone with a love of the great outdoors. 2 miles to the village of Innerleithen for all local amenities & several pubs!

Enclosed garden with summerhouse, please note not directly adjacent to house, jetwash for bikes. One dog per booking, subject to house rules.

The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep.
