We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

El alojamiento es una pequeña casita, hecha con materiales ecológicos en su mayor parte y amueblada y decorada con cariño para que la estancia en ella sea lo más cómoda y agradable posible. La casita está dentro de nuestro jardín, pero es totalmente independiente. La parcela tiene vistas directas al Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de belleza espectacular. Está a 5 minutos en coche de La Pedriza,a 20 min del Puerto de Navacerrada y a 35 min de Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio.
