Beautiful accommodation with views over fields and woodland, in peaceful and private setting away from any roads, boast everything you will need for a relaxing stay including your own hot tub, shower room, WC and a Kitchenette with appliances, for making breakfast or snacks. The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Wharf Cottage

The perfect family friendly retreat. Recently restored this pretty Georgian detached wharf cottage set within an acre of idyllic gardens abutting the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. The cottage offers a chance for peace and tranquility or a fantastic base for a Wiltshire adventure. This period cottage has two living rooms & separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. King sized double, twin and single bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. A new shower & toilet has been added for 2026

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Pigsty Cottage - Bright and airy apartment

Pigsty Cottage is a very spacious apartment within the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and secure parking. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.

Historic 16th Century house in picturesque village

Enjoy this half-timbered house in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Steeple Ashton. In a quiet location next to magnificent gothic St Mary's Church, with its blue clock face, this handsome home blends seamlessly a wealth of period features with modern design. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly built in 2024 Glamping Pod, perfect for a couples romantic get away. Set in the countryside with a private hot tub on our working family farm. Through the summer months Doris, Delilah and Dora our Highland cows may come to the fence for a head scratch too. Situated close to the World Heritage city of Bath, only a 100m stroll to the Kennet & Avon Canal and less than half an hour to Longleat House and Safari

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV & WiFi Free off road parking. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. Adults only, we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.
