Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

With 2 single beds & a sofa bed (living room) there would be space for 3 more people. A baby bed can be available on request Free delivery. Parking available directly opposite the house. Shops, train station and playground can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.Water treading area 200m away. Ideal starting point for hikes!

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

On spacious 95 sqm you will find modern equipped premises which were lovingly renovated in 2020 to 2023. Thanks to the open gable, the high ceilings give the rooms a special charm. The thoughtful decorative elements which are color-coordinated with each other, round off the apartment. Designated hiking routes and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door. Popular tourist attractions such as the Mummelsee, the Hornisgrinde or the National Park Center are also nearby.
