This is a semi-detached, 2 bedroom + mezzanine villa, with: a full kitchen, open on the living-room, on the main, ground-floor, one full bathroom with a bathtub, on the first floor, a WC with a toilet and laundry room in the basement, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a mezzanine which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the second bedroom. The villa is located in a private residence totally dedicated to short-term rentals.

The apartment is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra...

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren und um die Region Murtensee zu erkunden. Murten ist 4.7 km entfernt und kann gut mit dem Fahrrad, Bus oder Auto erreicht werden. Zu uns gehören unsere kleine Tochter👨‍👩‍👧 und unsere Katzen Leo und Luna.🐱

Die Umgebung bietet auch zahlreiche Ausflugsziele; Ideal zum Radfahren, Baden (3 Naturseen in der Nähe) , Wandern, Entspannen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten entdecken z.B. Schlösser, alte Städte und Museen.
