Saltwell Cottage Seahouses

Available from Monday 4th July 2022 Gorgeous fully renovated detached cottage in the heart of the bustling seaside village of Seahouses. The property has undergone extensive renovation to provide a stylish, luxury four bedroom, four bathroom cottage with sunny gardens to the front and rear. A spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen with bi fold doors leading on to the garden with sunny patio, provides the ideal sociable living space for a holiday with family or friends. At Saltwell Cottage, there are four bedrooms, three king size with en-suite bathrooms and a twin (full size adult singles) which has use of the family bathroom together with free standing bath and walk in shower. There is off street parking for up to three cars. The cottage is very well located; only a short five minutes walk down the main street or the Heritage Path to the beautiful beaches of Seahouses and its bustling harbour. The cottage is close to the village shops, delis, cafes, pubs, restaurants and club and of course Seahouses' many award winning fish and chip shops! Some of the beautiful villages of the north Northumberland coast are just a few miles away. Both Bamburgh and Beadnell are less than three miles in either direction and are accessible by foot along a sealed path. The town of Alnwick, with its 'Harry Potter' castle and stunning Alnwick Gardens is only a 20 minute drive and the glorious Cheviot Hills can be easily reached from the cottage. Or if you just want to stay put, Seahouses has loads to offer from boat trips to the Farne Islands, crabbing on the harbour, boarding in the dunes to crazy golf and amusements. Topped off with some popular bars and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will love Seahouses golf club, enviably positioned on the links overlooking the Farne Islands. Central village with stunning views and parking.

Probably the best view on the Island. Look East to the Farne Islands and watch sunrise over two castles and the Island harbour or Lindisfarne Priory. Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

Cowslip; An old cottage with a cool modern vibe!

Just 1 mile from the beach, Tughall Steads is nestled between Newton by the Sea and Beadnell. Just a 5 minute drive gets you to both. Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Beatrice Cottage, Warkworth.

Whisk yourself away to Beatrice Cottage in the beautiful, historic village of Warkworth on the breathtaking Northumberland Coast. Beatrice Cottage is one of four traditional cottages, set in a tranquil courtyard garden, just a short walk from the village centre. Tucked away aprx. 100 yards from the banks of the River Coquet and a mere 10 minute walk from the golden sands of Warkworth Beach. The cottage has lovely views of Warkworth Castle and is fully equipped to be your perfect home from home.

Spacious seaside home - families, friends and dogs

This is a lovely, spacious and well-equipped home providing flexible space for up to 6 adults and 2 children. It’s a 5 minute walk to two beautiful dog-friendly beaches, the harbour or to the centre of Seahouses where you will find the pubs, restaurants and good range of shops. A good sized, enclosed garden, garden furniture and a shed for bikes or paddle boards. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Perfectly placed to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the coast and all it has to offer.

The Net House

High season (Apr - Oct) Easter, half term and Christmas/New Year 7 day min. Changeover Friday, except Christmas and New Year. Low season (Nov - Mar) Weekend (Fri - Mon) and midweek breaks (Mon - Fri) 7 and 14 night breaks also possible. Please get in touch. The Net House is a bright, cosy cottage in the heart of Seahouses, a short walk from a beautiful beach on the Northumberland coast. Just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Seahouses. Bamburgh is a short drive (or a 3 mile coastal walk)

Flat 4 - Cliff House

Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. We do use our flat whenever we can but are keen to share it rather than leaving it empty - everyone is welcome. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Jessie's Place, Seahouses, close to the beach

Jessie’s Place is a real home from home providing everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Within easy walking distance to the restaurants, pubs, shops, golf course, harbour and beaches. Boat trips to the Farne Islands run from the nearby harbour; the islands are famous for their nesting seabirds and grey seal colonies. The picture-postcard village of Bamburgh, protected by its dramatic fortress, is only 2 miles north with its wide expanse of golden, and often empty, sandy beaches.

The View: idyllic and remote off-grid cabin

Looking for a peaceful, secluded stay, immersed in nature, with spectacular views and no neighbours? This is the place for you. Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that offers total tranquillity. Nestled away in the hills, gazing out over the Cheviots, this a truly unique space. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

The Lookout @ 3 Cliff House

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.
