Spacious Victorian 3 Bedroom Seaside Holiday Home

Victorian North Norfolk home which has been recently renovated. The property is ideally located and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and village centre, plus a 5 minute walk to the local Tesco Express. The village offers shops, cafes, ice-cream parlour, food outlets, a pub, post office, pharmacy, green-grocers, arcades, crazy golf, children's park and skate-park. The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

Seaford is a luxury cottage, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms in a great location on the North Norfolk coast. It's only 200 yards to the village where there is a traditional pub serving great food and only a few minutes walk to Weybourne beach. It's perfect for a family short break or longer holiday, has a games room and enclosed garden with dining area. Seaford has been awarded VisitEngland 5 Star Gold. There are some great walks from the house, cycle routes and it's close to Holkham beach and Cromer.

Dog and family-friendly Being moments from the seafront and promenade you really are within easy reach of all the amenities, cafes, walks, beaches, parks, restaurants and all-round entertainment Cromer has to offer. The Old Workshop has been given a wonderfully contemporary makeover with the main feature being a good sized bright open-plan living area upstairs. The house is well-appointed with both bedrooms having a television, the master having an en-suite, and also a well-stocked kitchen.

This spacious corner house in Pakefield enjoys a quiet position with fantastic views of the sea and the medieval church opposite. The sand and pebble beach in front is only a few steps away. Pakefield is a quiet village just south of Lowestoft, a traditional sea side resort, with wide, sandy award winning beaches. These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.

Poppy Cottage is comfortable and homely with a conservatory at the back of the property opening out onto the patio/garden where you can see the Poppy Line railway. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and other appliances. The lounge has reclining leather sofas, an electric fire and TV with Freeview. There are two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The cottage also offers free parking for 2 cars.

The Lookout, Salthouse

The Lookout certainly lives up to its name with its elevated position offering spectacular sea and marsh views! The property occupies a peaceful location, tucked up a private lane leading to the pretty Church at Salthouse. This laid-back retreat is just a short stroll from the beach, bird-watching marshes and the amenities Salthouse has to offer including the popular Dun Cow pub! The property has a laid-back, scandi style throughout with lots of unique furnishings and artwork.

A charming dog friendly cottage boasting dramatic views of the North Norfolk Coast Path and the Champion golf course. With the most beautiful cottage garden at the front and rear provide areas to enjoy the sunshine at any time of the day. Stunning views and the beach is a five minute walk along the path. We have off road parking with an electric charging point.
