Enduring for 156 years “Pickett’s Cottage” is the last sole surviving home from a bygone era, which gives it the honour of being the oldest residential house in the city of Knox. Built in 1868, this unique Pioneer’s Settlers Cottage has been lovingly restored, respectfully preserving its unique features including open fireplace. Located at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, within a short drive to Puffing Billy, 1000 steps & Quarry Reserve, the cottage provides a truly unique experience.

Walking proximity to Sassafras, local shops, famous gardens & the national park. Dingleigh and its gardens offer an ideal location for wedding preparations and small wedding ceremonies.
