This place is perfect for those who like to camp, but don't want to haul a lot of gear and maybe would like a bed at the end of the day? The unheated, one room cabin is a short walk from a shared, separate bathroom and summer kitchen. You will get full size bed in the cabin, a futon, a porch with chairs overlooking a ravine. The summer kitchen has running water, a microwave, refrigerator and charcoal grill. access to a fire pit... wood is provided. You may experience insects, you are camping

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Our "Little House" is in the heart of Hector, with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake. Your stay is directly next to a winery and right across 414 is one of the best breweries in the Finger Lakes, walk to either with care! Enjoy a camp fire out back of this cute little home. It is only about 5 minutes from Hector National Forest, 15 minutes to Watkins Glen Gorge, as well as 15 minutes to Taughannock Falls which all have a lot of great hiking trails for our fellow out door enthusiasts.

Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
