Tolle Ferienwohnung! Sehr sauber und gut gelegen - Zentral in der Nähe des Strandes und Bahnhof. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Location is ideal - in a lively area but off the main street. Check in and out were easy. Ela is quick to respond. Balcony off the bedroom was so lovely! Would recommend!

Stylish tiny home walkable to centre of city.. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Home was tidy. Bas was responsive to message and no issues.

We had a wonderful stay! Matthew’s Airbnb is perfectly situated in central Haarlem—close to cafes, shops, Grote Markt and the train station. We greatly appreciated having use of a full kitchen, a washer (and then hung dry our clothes), and ample space for our family of 4, including 2 young kids. Of note, there are somewhat narrow stairs to get up to the unit, which seems to be common in Dutch residences. Would gladly book again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Alkmaar und in der Wohnung von Nonney verbringen können. Die Wohnung ist klein, jedoch super ausgestattet. Den Wein konnten wir uns im Garten schmecken lassen und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig. Auch Egmond ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht, um einen Tag am Strand verbringen zu können. Es gibt eine Elektroheizung, die man selber steuern kann, wenn es kalt ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist eng (links und rechts vom Bett ist nur wenig Platz). Unser Babybett passte zwischen Fußende des Bettes und Wand. Küche und Wohnraum (Sofa) sind ein Raum. Dahinter kommt das Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung betritt man von hinten durch den Garten. Die Vordertür gehört zur Wohnung im 1. OG. Der Kontakt mit Nonney war super. Sie hat immer zügig geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We couldn’t have asked for a better location.. it is in a beautiful local neighborhood but a short walk to everywhere we wanted to be. Stefano was very accommodating and gave some wonderful recommendations. The house had an interesting layout and took some getting used to but we were very comfortable once settled in. On sunny days we enjoyed the back deck area and much more relaxed than trying to find a spot to squeeze in outside of a cafe. I would say it is ideal for an adult couple with children, we had 2 young adults but they were able to find their space as well.. overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

Das Haus von Ulla ist wirklich sehr schön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet und insgesamt toll eingerichtet - eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Ulla war super nett. Absolute Empfehlung wer Ruhe sucht und die Gegend zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erkunden will.

Kein steriles, kommerzielles Ferienhaus, sondern ein Wohlfühlort! Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt an diesem sehr persönlichen Ort, mit vielen künstlerischen Kleinoden, der Gmundener Keramik, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche... Rund ums Haus verschiedenste Außenplätze, zum Sitzen, zum Liegen, zu jeder Tageszeit ein Sonnenplatz. Die Lage war wunderbar, direkt am Strand, am schönen Pavillon Noord. Wer die Region noch nicht kennt hat von hier alle Möglichkeiten: Die Dünenlandschaft gen Norden zu erkunden, der Künstlerort Bergen ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Alkmaar oder Egmond. Wir sind bestens erholt in den Alltag zurückgekehrt!

Een geweldig lang weekend hier mogen verblijven, vanaf het eerste contact moment geweldig tevreden! Leuk, en super snel contact, zeer vriendelijk, sociaal en klantvriendelijke host. De b en b is met de auto super goed te bereiken, voor de deur auto leeg, en daarna auto weg zetten op parking de zuid (3.5 dagen, 18 euro, top) Het is netjes, schoon en aan alles is gedacht, van kaarsjes tot kleedjes, van koffie en thee tot douche benodigdheden (shampoo tot haardroger), en ook fijn is de tv met chromecast! Alles is op loopafstand, heerlijk genoten van de gezelligheid in Zandvoort, het heerlijke strand, en binnen een paar minuten sta je op het station, om bijvoorbeeld een dagje uit te wijken naar het gezellige Haarlem. We hebben echt genoten!! Bedankt!!

Wir haben zu fünft bei Janine gewohnt. Und obwohl es Hochsommer war und wir viel am Strand waren, gab es auch ein paar trübere Tage. Da spielt die Wohnung dann ne wichtige Rolle und dass man sich zu fünft wohlfühlt. Dazu und natürlich auch generell war Janines Wohnung ein echtes Geschenk. Außerdem scheint Huisduinen etwas ab vom Touristen Mainstream zu liegen, was sehr angenehm ist. Gleichzeitig hat man direkt Zugang zum Meer und zu bezaubernden Stränden. Janine ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gasgeberin. Wir können Janines Wohnung ohne wenn und aber empfehlen.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein Osterstrauss , Tulpen und Käse sowie ein Magnet von Alkmaar so herzlich hat uns Noortje empfangen . Das Haus liegt optimal um die Umgebung zu erkunden, 4 Fahrräder stehen bereit , man ist in ca. 5 Minuten in Alkmaar - besser geht es nicht 🤗 Im Naturschutzgebiet, 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, ist ein eingezäunter Hundeauslaufplatz mit Agility , das hat wirklich Spaß gemacht nicht nur unserem Hund !! Wir kommen wieder 🙂

A colourful whole house. As it’s the owners it’s very well stocked with essentials etc. We were encouraged to use the food in the fridge etc including home made plum jam. The house was quiet and very clean. Lovely garden. The trip into central Amsterdam is longer than we expected and required a bus then metro and then tram (if needed). But it was useful to be able to park the car. The owner responded to every message almost immediately and was very helpful. Recommended.

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön... Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und wie beschrieben. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge nach Amsterdam ideal – sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell und bequem in der Stadt. Wer eine gemütliche und gut angebundene Unterkunft für einen Amsterdam-Trip sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. The accommodation is so clean, stylish and homely, it could not have been improved. Thank you Amanda, you made our weekend truly special.

We had a great stay, the Beach house is lovely and well placed for walks along the sea front and into Zandvoort centre.

Walkable distance from Beverwijk station. From Amsterdam, you need to take NS which takes 32 mins. Frequency of train is every 20-30 mins. Nice place to stay. we reached late night as well and place is safe.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille chez Niels. La localisation est idéale pour visiter Amsterdam tout étant dans un environnement calme. La communication avec Niels est facile. Merci encore!
