Great cabin to just relax. Excellent hunting and fishing close by. McIntyre Scatters just minutes away with 10,000 acres of public land to hunt. Just a few miles from Money, Ms. We have grills outside on deck for cooking out. The cabin is on McIntyre lake with a private boat landing. We have kayaks for guests to use if they wish. Fire pit on the edge of the lake for relaxing by the fire. There is a charge for firewood or you can bring your own. No pets inside unless approved. Come see us. 👍

We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

Relax with family & friends on a 40 acre lake stocked with bass and brim. Watch the sun set from the spacious front porch. We are 4 miles from the interstate and 14 miles to Grenada Lake. Fishing is catch and release. Boats, kayak and canoes can be rented for an extra charge. Across the lake from the cabin is a boathouse and boat launch. There is an older dock structure in the lake that is not to be used. Our house is also on the lake across from the cabin.

Welcome to the Farm! A rustic apartment located on the Sunflower River. The apartment over looks our cow pastures. Other animals you might see are horses, chickens and goats. The newly redone deck with be a great spot to watch the sun set in the evenings. We are just a few miles south of the B.B. King museum and a short drives to many other blues trail spots. We also welcome Hunters looking for those Delta Ducks.

The Riff House is a modern luxury guest house above The Guitar Academy in historic downtown Kosciusko. Originally built in 1880 as a hardware store, this building housed Hammond's Hardware for 80 years. This unit is a 2 bedroom one bath suite with a large balcony overlooking the court square.
