The house boasts an oversized living room, formal dining room, large chef's kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. With heat & AC throughout the entire 2k sf unit, this house is great for anything& everything!

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this self-catering 1 bedroom apartment with private driveway is located on the lower level of a private home and is perfect for anyone wishing to have a space to themselves. There is a roll-away single bed to accommodate a 3rd guest. We offer WiFi, Netflix and full cable TV access. Located near Executive Blvd and all the river towns. Plus, its only a short ride to all New York City has to offer. All reservation requests require verified Government ID.

Haven in Hartsdale! Private guest suite & bathroom

Self-contained basement-level guest suite within our home. You have your own entrance and complete privacy as well as your own private shower room. My husband and I live in the property above with our cat. I respectfully advise if you have allergies or just dislike cats then this is not the place for you. The suite comes complete with a microwave, mini fridge, iron & tea & coffee making facilities. Unfortunately we can’t no longer accept guests without reviews from previous stays.
