The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

Set within its own private garden on our working fell farm, Robinson Place Cottage supplies breathtaking views of the Langdale Pikes, Bow fell, Lingmoor and more, right from the doorstep. A private driveway set back from the road offers a tranquil and picturesque location for any type of stay; inspirational work retreat or family holiday.

Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, with exceptional views of the Western Fells. Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burning stove. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

We are a stones throw from the stunning Wasdale Valley with Wastwater being named Britains best view and also home to Englands highest mountain- Scafell Pike. Perfect for couples or a family with 2 children under 13. Maximum 2 adults. As we are a working farm there will be animals and working machinery around the farm.

Toddell Barn

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.

We proudly bring to you “Low Wood Bothy”. A brand new glamping pod privately nestled in the grounds of Low Wood Hall, close to Wastwater and Scafell, with free off road parking and exclusive use of its own private hot tub. Clough Head pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!
