Walking you can reach both downtown and Malecon, as well as the Versalles neighborhood, where you will find a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shop. In front there is a supermarket, gyms of various kinds, the beach only 500 meters away, bike lane in front and bus stop 20 meters away.
