Located a few minutes walk from the beautiful Spread Eagle Inn and Sawley Abbey ruins, surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for walking.

Woodys Retreat

Woody's Retreat is a Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in its own dog friendly secure garden with stunning views of Pendle Hill. Surrounded by farmland and with footpath and bike trails easily accessible. Easy walks to local dog friendly pubs. The hut is designed with country cottage aesthetic, equipped with everything you need, with under floor heating to keep you cosy all year round. Outside you will find ample parking, lockable bike shed, pagoda with patio furniture, Chiminea, logs provided and BBQ.

Delightful three bedroomed "farmhouse", just 700m from the village of Waddington with it's delightful three pubs, and just 2 miles from market town of Clitheroe. Perfect base for exploring Forest of Bowland (AONB), and we are close to wedding venues Eaves hall, Bashall Barn. Large open plan kitchen and dining area. Lovely enclosed back garden area. Be our guest at our beautiful cottage, grade 2 listed and set in the very pretty village of Bolton by Bowland. Now fully renovated to a high standard, still packed with many original features (mind your head), the property is set with all the facilities you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The village is a conservation area, and set in an AONB. So why not trek along the many historic walks, sample the local pub with great food and service or go further on the local food trail.

Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe enjoys great views and offers country walks, fantastic cycling routes and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.
