Paddle to downtown Saugatuck or down the river to Lake Michigan. If you chose to relax in the cottage you can relax on one of two large decks, play pool, indoor shuffle board table, or sit in the hot tub.

The Swallow

The Swallow cottage is part of historic Bird Center Resort that has been catering to vacationers for 100 years and was fully renovated in 2005. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage has all of the amenities for a wonderful vacation that will keep you coming back. One block from the SCA theater. The master bedroom has has a King size bed. The second bedroom also has a King size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, this bedroom does not have a closet.

BoatHouse Villa at Bay Pointe

Steeped in history (circa 1886) with innovative updates, Bay Pointe’s BoatHouse Villa is a historic Gun Lake estate boasting 125′ of private lake frontage. This 5,000 sq. ft. three level home is comfortably elegant and designed for entertaining. The Villa sleeps 15 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths a loft and gourmet kitchen. The spacious furnished balcony offers sunrise and sunset views. The covered lakefront veranda offers a firewall and private dock.
