St Johns retreat

This home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quaint fishing village. The home is on a canal and it is a short boat ride to the Seven Sisters Islands and the St. Johns River. We provide internet and up to 30 local chanells as well as 230 samsung t,v, chanells You can launch your boat in the community. There are outside cameras. Trash pickup is on Thursdays. Daytona and Orlando are also an easy day trip from this home. Atlantic ocean 40 minutes away.Property suitable for two couples.

Our little piece of paradise just off the St. Johns river...Bring your boat and come fish the bass filled river. This is a 34ft RV with one queen bedroom and a pull out queen sofa. The bedroom looks over the canal that leads to Dunns creek and just minutes to the St Johns river. You will have all of the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, thick mattress and plenty of leisure space. You can grill out while the fire pit is glowing close to the water.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
