A rare flat offers a 270-degree unobstructed close-up view of the awe-inspiring Acropolis of Athens, the complete and magnificent Parthenon, a panoramic view of the entire city of Athens from Philopappos Hill, the Philopappos Monument, the best-preserved and earliest Temple of Hephaestus, the Agia Marina Church, and the National Observatory of Athens. The apartment enjoys abundant sunlight from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., making the rooms feel very warm even in winter.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
