Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unsere neu gestaltete Wohnung befindet sich in Brixen. Sie besteht aus einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche mit Esstisch und großer Schlafcouch, großem Bad mit Dusche und einem separaten Schlafzimmer und Balkon. W-Lan und ein großer Parkplatz stehen ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. In wenigen Minuten sind Bus und Zug erreichbar von wo aus man zum Wandern, Skifahren, Radfahrtouren oder zum gemütlichen Bummeln starten kann. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich unsere Bar, wo wir uns dann kennenlernen.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Das Haus Lauben wurde im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut und bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit für einen Aufenthalt im Herzen der historischen Brixner Altstadt. Wie der Name schon sagt, befindet es sich im Zentrum, in den berühmten Lauben und liegt nur 160 Meter vom Brixner Dom entfernt.
