Precioso apartamento cerca del estadio S.Bernabeu.

Estudio muy luminoso, totalmente amueblado, con grandes armarios empotrados y una cómoda cama de 150x200 cm. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor y radiador de toallero en cuarto de baño. Ubicado en una entreplanta del primer piso, sin ascensor. Hay que subir dos pequeñas hileras de escaleras para llegar, reflejadas en las fotografías. Con estilo, bien equipado y bien comunicado, para una visita de vacación o de trabajo en Madrid. Confort en una de las zonas más exclusivas de la ciudad.

Precioso LOFT en el corazón de Madrid. Tenemos 2 juntos en el mismo edificio. Se encuentra muy cerca de Aviador Zorita. Zona super tranquila y a un paso de los edificios de la Zona Financiera y AZCA, del estadio Santiado Bernabéu, del Corte Inglés de Castellana. Espacio super amplio y diáfano... techos de 4 metros de altura, decoración industrial... básicamente un LOFT de Brooklyn en lo más castizo de nuestra ciudad. Perfecto para familias y parejas .

Small, quiet and cosy studio, next to the main house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the Basilica of Atocha, the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station and the Airport Express Bus. Unique space located under the entrance portal. Only for one person. Low door with two small windows facing a portal. Does not receive much natural light from the patio. Delighted to receive people from all over the world.
