Encantadora villa a estrenar en Santanyí (finalizada en septiembre 2019). Situada en un lugar privilegiado con vistas al campo. La plaza del Centro del pueblo, donde todos los miércoles y sábados se organiza un conocido mercado tradicional se encuentra a 10 minutos andando. Somos una familia de arquitectos de Mallorca y hemos construido esta villa de diseño moderno conservando el estilo y el alma de las casas mallorquinas tradicionales. Charmantes Dorfhaus mit Pool und Dachterrasse

Genieße die Ruhe in unserer stilvollen Oase mitten in Es Llombards . Unser großes Dorfhaus ist komplett modernisiert ohne seinen ursprünglichen Charme verloren zu haben. Die 3 großen Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und durch die Fußbodenheizung ist das Haus ganzjährig bewohnbar bzw. fürs Homeoffice geeignet. Der große Salzwasserpool und die 360° Dachterrasse machen die Urlaubserholung komplett. Santanyí und zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Superbe villa, vue magnifique, situation idéale

Superbe propriété au cadre préservé. Décoration soignée et récemment rénovée. Emplacement unique. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle en 1ère ligne sur les bateaux. Exposition plein sud. Ensoleillement maximum. Couchés de soleil magnifiques. Jardin avec accès direct à la marina. A quelques pas seulement de la jolie plage de Cala d’Or et du centre du village avec ses commerces, ses bars et restaurants... Situation idéale pour toute la famille. Annexe pour 2 personnes disponible avec supplément.
