PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. PLEASE NOTE : THERE IS A 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE NEXT TO THIS ONE THAT YOU SEE ON PICTURES (on the same house), IT HAS SAME SIZE AND SAME PRICE AS THIS ONE, IT'S ALSO LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE GEREMEAS BEACH WITH A SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW.

‘Villa Carlotta’ is a home just 150 meters from the sea, surrounded by a large garden with two lovely terraces on which you can eat and entertain in total calm. In the inside of the house, you’ll find a lounge, a separate kitchen, three great size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has mosquito nets and includes two cots for babies, a baby chair, and a pushchair. Every bedroom, is equipped with an air-con and heating system. You’ll also have at your disposal a (warm)outdoor shower, and a BBQ.

SANTA MARGHERITA DI PULA - Villa in a private condominium "Comunione Pineta Is Morus" with access from the S.S. 195, 37 Km from Cagliari, located between Pula and Forte Village, a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the coast (Nora, Chia, Tuerredda). There is a private beach (of the condominium) at about 8 minutes walk from the Villa (350 meters). There are also a supermarket (10 minutes by foot) and sports facilities (soccer, tennis and basketball) just few meters away.

Bella villa mediterranea in contesto esclusivo

La casa è una bella villa mediterranea degli anni '60, progettata per vivere all'aria aperta, grazie all'ampio loggiato di circa 30 mq, ma è anche dotata di caminetto per riscaldare le fredde serate d'autunno. Gli arredi sono tipici dell'epoca e donano fascino all'intera abitazione. Oltre ai bagni interni, esiste anche la possibilità di fare la doccia calda all'esterno, circondati da una meravigliosa vista sulla vegetazione mediterranea.
