VIlla Inés ha sido reformada en el año 2020, y cuenta con las mayores comodidades que se puedan ofrecer actualmente. Wifi gratuito, piscina y zona chill para las noches estrelladas.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Villa S'alzinar is full of character, with a large private infinity pool and wooden sun deck. The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. The villa sits just outside of Sa Pobla which has a few restaurants and shops, plus a popular market. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.
