The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

Appartement très lumineux avec deux belles terrasses découvertes. Depuis la rue, vous aurez trois marches à monter pour accéder à l'ascenseur.
