It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. Tavira island can be accessed using a 5 minutes ferry to Terra Estreita beach, literally 80 meters away from your doorstep, or you can simply walk (3km approximately) to Barril Beach using the pedestrian bridge to cross.
