"A Nossa Casinha" ist ein, in Mitten des schönen Fischerdorf Santa Luzia gelegenes, Ferienhaus mit 100m2 Wohnfläche, bestehend aus Wohn- u. Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, Terrasse (1. Stock), sowie eine in 2023/24 neu gebauten Dachterrasse (2. Stock) mit Pergola und Außendusche. Es befindet sich in der 3. Reihe zum Meer in Mitten von Santa Luzia, bei Tavira und nur 30 Minuten von Faro (Flughafen) entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden was Sie brauchen um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Comfortable & atmospheric home close to the beach

Casa Antiga: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) on the ground floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

Casa Mateus - ground floor

Ground floor apartment in a recently renovated townhouse, located in the cozy and typical village of Santa Luzia. A quiet village, 2.5km out of tavira, easily reachable through a street with sidewalks and a even a bike lane. Restaurants can be found within walking distance. Tavira island can be accessed using a 5 minutes ferry to Terra Estreita beach, literally 80 meters away from your doorstep, or you can simply walk (3km approximately) to Barril Beach using the pedestrian bridge to cross.

A proximité des commerces et restaurants. A 5mn à pieds du Mercado Municipal et de l'embarcadère pour Ilha de Tavira. Toutes les commodités du centre ville dans une maison typique portugaise. A Casinha (1937) foi renovada e possui toda infraestrutura do novo, tendo mantidas suas características originárias, o que faz com que seja charmosa e acolhedora. Casa localizada no coração de Santa Luiza, há apenas alguns passos do cais onde ficam os barcos que levam à praia da Terra Estreita. Faz vizinhança com moradias locais, e assim quem nela se hospeda tem a oportunidade de conviver com os moradores e a cultura do tranquilo lugar. Climatizada, é ideal para todas as estações do ano.

The big swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley is shared with the guests of Casa do Pátio and the owners.

The house has 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, each can have its own space. The fully equipped kitchen (with coffee cups, wine glasses, knives, coffee machine etc ...) It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends.

CASA BRAVA is an eco guest house set in an old farmhouse, 10 minutes from the historic center of Loulé and 20 minutes from the coast and Faro airport.
