Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

El studio está genial! Cómodo, tranquilo, con glamour y sobretodo acogedor y luminoso. son 45m2 que incluyen una terraza y un jardin en el acceso. Estaré disponible para cualquier información o ayuda que sea necesaria durante su estadia. Recomendaciones de paseos, restorants, (mi favorito EL BACO, restorant francés en Providencia, Restorants italianos y criollos)... todos los atractivos de la ciudad Está ubicado en una zona residencial cerca de paseos, el Cerro San Cristobal, el Parque de las Esculturas, y excelentes restaurantes, museos, bares y teatros. Providencia es ideal para hacer trekking o andar en bicicleta. A solo 10 minutos del metro. Si vienes desde el Aeropuerto, recomiendo tomar un TAXI OFICIAL hasta la dirección. LO CONTADOR 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte En horas de tráfico normal , es un trayecto de 15 minutos aprox La calle Lo Contador, está ubicada detras del Hotel Sheraton, esificio muy alto y a la vista.. otra referencia para ubicar la calle, es CLINICA INDISA, muy visible desde todos lados. La calle es la que va por detras de estos dos edificios. Si tienen un vehiculo, contamos con un estaiconamiento. El transporte publico se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando al metro o bus. Al lado de la Clinica Indisa por cualquier emergencia. Hay un Mini market estupendo, SUPERMERCADO DIEZ, en la plaza de Padre Letelier, a 10 minutos caminando, Verduleria y frutas frescas, Clementina, lugar para comprar comida preparada, Botilleria completisima con los mejores precios y los mejores vinos chilenos... un barrio muy agradable y residencial para caminarlo.... cerro San Cristobal, a pasos del departamento... pasear por el funicular del San Cristobal es una delicia...

Luminoso departamento, bien equipado con piso flotante en living y dormitorio. El dormitorio tiene cama Box Spring de 2 plazas, impecables sabanas, tiene un Smart Tv led cuenta con Netflix , internet via wifi. La cocina cuenta con refrigerador, horno eléctrico, microondas, tostador, ollas y utensilios de cocina para cocinar. Tiene loza y cuchillería completa. Si esta mas de 6 noches dejo sabanas de recambio. El balcón cuenta con una terraza con mesa y 2 sillas.
