Best Location - Design Style and Steps to Metro

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Santiago. The apartment is completely renovated for our guests’ comfort, with thoughtful design touches. The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is very central, and in a safe Santiago Centro location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions around Santiago, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

Renovated, Central, Design & Beautiful City View

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

Departamento privado en el mejor sector del centro de Santiago. Perfecto para visitar caminando los principales puntos turísticos y buena ubicación si visitas Stgo para hacer trámites. Estamos a una cuadra del metro estación Bellas artes. Tenemos aire acondicionado y hay acceso a una piscina techada en el edificio lo que te permite un pequeño oasis para cuando necesites escapar del calor. El dpto es ideal para parejas que quieran intimidad y buena ubicación.
