Can Cuqueta, Eco-luxury oasis in Ibiza

"Can Cuqueta" the western zone of the property composed by two independent houses, side to side, with their own entrance and independent access to the shared swimming pool. The interior slightly modern style fused with the typical local “Ibizenco” architecture combines in a way to give the house its own character. It´s build to the highest standards eco friendly materials, with natural cork isolation planks inside the 50cm walls of thermal-clay blocks with white cement and lime.

Casa de campo con vistas

Can Surya se encuentra en la zona norte de Ibiza, en una de las areas mas autenticas y naturales de la isla. Playas emblematicas como Benirras o Puerto de Sant Miquel se encuentran a corta distancia en coche. Can Surya esta situada en lo alto de una pequeña loma, rodeada de bosque y con amplias vistas al campo. La tranquilidad esta garantizada. Ideal para descansar y disfrutar de un entorno natural alejado del mundanal ruido. Mi alojamiento es ideal para parejas.

Amazing villa in Ibiza with a private garden with jacuzzi and sun beds. Beside an superb chill out rooftop solarium with Bali bed and amazing sunset panoramic sea views in fashionable Cala Tarida beach. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms with the latest trending materials and renovated kitchen also with laundry room. There are some terraces with lovely dining table. There ara shared swimming pool, but it is very quiet and not very crowded

Lugares de interés: la casa está ubicada en una zona familiar y tranquila pero cerca de restaurantes, bancos, una farmacia, a 300 metros de una playa y a 15 minutos en coche de una playa paradisíaca como es Cala Conta. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, familias (con hijos), y grupos grandes.
