Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

Historic 19th Century Cabin/Guest House

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home serves as a perfect jumping off place for exploring Greenville, Traveler's Rest (8 min), and our three state parks-- Paris Mountain (8 min), Jones Gap (30 min), and Table Rock (30 min). Pets are more than welcome to join you with a one-time pet fee, and will enjoy our fully fenced in backyard. We can't wait to have you!

The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

This comfy spacious 800 sqr. ft. apartment is located ¼ mile from both Furman and the Swamp Rabbit Biking Trail, 5 miles to Downtown Greenville and 4 miles to Travelers Rest. The apt. is well furnished with a full kitchen and in a country setting, complete with quiet chickens in the backyard coop. Fresh eggs upon request as a bonus! The apartment is well off the road for a quiet retreat. We have a reserved parking spot for one vehicle. This apartment is smoke-free.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
