Dies war der zweite Aufenthalt bei Micha und Christina. Auch in dieser Wohnung haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen und ist super liebevoll und mit dem Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Micha und Christina waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns wie immer super beraten. Nach jeder langen Wanderung ist ein Aufenthalt in der eigenen Sauna und danach relaxen in der Hängematte ein Muss. Wir freuen uns schon bald wieder zu kommen.

Olivia's place was exactly like the pictures. The mini balcony is really nice, as well as the natural light on the flat. Although right above a big street, its acoustic insulation is great. The house is really warm, and feels like home.

Really great location. Stayed here for the Austrian F1 GP, and was close to all the public transport, which made getting there and back easy. The house was really nice, clean, and had all the amenities we required (except for olive oil for cooking but can't expect it). The check-in process was really easy, and the host was very responsive. Only (minor) issue is the blinds do not block out all the light in the morning, making it fairly bright in the morning, so perhaps bring a sleeping mask. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Graz.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Jakob und John waren sehr freundlich und haben innerhalb ein paar Minuten sofort geantwortet wenn ich Ihnen geschrieben hatte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Loved this place and would absolutely stay here again. We loved the layout. The bedrooms were downstairs along with the toilet and shower. Upstairs was the kitchen, a nice couch, and the outside roof area. The kitchen was well equipped. We had plenty of space for food and could easily prepare meals. We loved the coffee setup... the Illy machine was awesome and the milk foamer worked so well that we want to buy one! Being able to hang out outside was so nice. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The whole place was so bright and happy... lots of natural light. The area was a quiet neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores to choose from within a short walk from the apartment. Public transportation was right outside the door if you wanted a bus or S-Bahn, and there were two different U-Bahn lines close by that were a short walk. Sonja-Maria was a wonderful host and super responsive. We received lots of great recommendations and tried as many places as we could!

Wir haben uns bei René sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Hütte hat alle was man braucht. Eine gemütliche Hütte in einer wunderschönen Lage. Wir wurden mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr nett empfangen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and quiet. Near public transport and therefore easy to access all parts of Vienna. There were also shops and restaurants within easy reach, so the apartment was very well located.

The apartment was clean and spacious; the outdoor deck was great for breakfast and the upper deck for views of the city lived up to our expectations. The location was great, 2 blocks from the ubahn(subway) trams, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mario was available and responsive when we needed him. We had one minor issue with the Wifi. It was in and out, a little difficult since some of us were working. Overall a great space and quiet.

The place is gorgeous.! The area is perfect to get to every major landmark and also enjoy local life. The apartment is really quite so you can rest peacefully after a long day of walking around the allways beautiful Viena. The hosts were very wellcoming and easy to comunicate with. Wir waren 3 Erwachsenen und 1Kind. Die Unterkunft war perfekt sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es sind gute Tips für Graz und Umgebung in den Büchern und Heften zu finden. Man ist in 3 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle und es ist eine schön ruhige Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Апартаменты нам понравились. Чистые и тихие. Близко к метро. Низкий этаж. Хозяин дал четкие инструкции и рекомендации. Жалко, что бассейн был закрыт, так как был ещё апрель и было прохладно. Рекомендуем к проживанию!

Wir haben hier 6 wunderbar entspannte und schöne Tage verbracht und das Haus mit Garten in vollen Zügen genossen! Die private Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie die gemütliche Fensterbank von der aus wir gerne die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet haben. Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Rückzugsort mit toller Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Reise sehr entspannt genießen. Der nahegelegene Kurpark, in dem wir jeden Morgen spazieren gehen konnten, war wunderbar ruhig und schön. Wenn man Wien besucht, eine Pause braucht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft für die Familie sucht, können wir diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.😉

Chalet 37 Oberland

Wir waren zu fünft über Ostern im Chalet 37 und haben uns dort super wohl in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche gefühlt. Das schöne Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit und bei schönstem Osterwetter gar nicht richtig würdigen. Dafür genossen wir den herrlichen Garten mit verschiedenen Bänken, Tischgruppen, Liegen und tollem Blick ins Gaflenztal. Das komplette Häuschen ist geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details und Deko eingerichtet. Einfach ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hausherr auch gleich noch einen Raum im Nebengebäude zum Einsperren unserer Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!!

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Der erste persönliche Kontakt war genauso sympathisch wie der vorherige Schriftverkehr. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt so braucht. Claudia war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Die U-Bahn-Station war gut Fußläufig zu erreichen und unser Auto hatten wir die ganze Zeit im Parkaus am Fiakerplatz für wenig Geld sicher untergestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Claudia wohnen wollen wenn wir mal wieder in Wien sind. So eine nette Vermieterin findet man nicht oft. Danke für alles.

Great Airbnb which was only 1 or 2 minutes walk from Hernals station with easy access to Vienna city centre. The terrace is lovely and the rooms are clean and well furnished. There were dressing gowns and sliders provided which was a lovely touch. The only drawback is the low ceiling above the sofa in the living room meant we kept banging our heads! But lovely living room otherwise. Very comfortable stay - would thoroughly recommend
