Unser Ferienhaus liegt am See, besteht aus vier Wohnungen (Schlaf-/Wohnbereich in einem), Waschküche (inkl. Trockner) Sauna+Dampfdusche. Das große Seegrundstück ist Abenteuerplatz und Erholungsoase, zum Baden, Sonne & Natur genießen, Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontrast zu überlaufen Seen. Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Plus gemeinsam nutzbar: Kinderspielplatz, Griller, Feuerstelle, Essplätze, Ruderboot, 2 SUPs, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse.

Umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern zwischen den Weinbergen bietet das Ferienhaus genügend Platz zum Herumtollen und Frischluft tanken. Das Ferienhaus ist idealen zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Ob mit der ganzen Familie oder zu zweit für eine romantische Auszeit - oder natürlich auch für sportliche Aktivitäten wie: Wander, Radfahren, Walken ect. hier findet jeder das Richtige. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ihren 100 m² Platz für zwei bis drei Personen. Achtung Grundstück nicht eingezäunt( bzgl.Haustiere)

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
