Cottage in the valley of rupin range.

The fresh air, colors of nature and staying next to nature will bring you inner peace. There is no network available in the area but electricity is there and a TV. There are ample of treks in the area short and long, one of them is the famous rupin range trek. In summers, half a kilometer walk will take you to the rupin river for a swim, and in winters you will feel snow at you feet just outside the house. There is no market nearby just a local shop, all the basic amenities are available.

Kanasar Ecolodge, is a family run ecotourism venture located in Koti-Kanasar, a 31 km drive from Chakrata in Uttarakhand. The two cottages and 9 Tents are built on our apple orchard, in the modern adaptation of the traditional “kath-khuni” construction method, using stone and mud masonry with Deodar timber lacing and Chir Pine panelling inside.
