Located in Sanford Florida, our Hidden Little Cottage is a private guest house with its own entrance, features a full kitchen and bath room, queen size bed, full size pull out couch and twin size travel bed, and provides flexible self check-in. We are located 7 minutes from the Sanford Airport and Boombah Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Downtown Sanford, I –4 & 4–17. We are also central to many Central Florida attractions such as Natural Springs, Sandy Beaches, Theme Parks and Historic Districts.

All bedrooms have TVs, including family room and gaming room/office, which can be shut off from other rooms for a quiet space. Kitchen, family and dining rooms are an open space, great for entertaining.

We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests do not have issues. Grab bars in the bathroom.

It was made famous after being built on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters TV show in Season 4, Episode 13.
