The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we do provide ground stakes & cable ties. And throughout the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property.

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A waterfront bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. This large, double-lot property provides expansive views (of the lake in front and private pond out back). Plus a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we do provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy FREE & exclusive use of the pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock during all warmer-weather months (May 'til Oct).

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
