Looking for a secluded getaway with outdoor adventures? This cottage is perfect! Ride snowmobiles or ATVs to Winona State Forest and Tug Hill’s vast trails. Enjoy salmon fishing on South Sandy Creek River and Salmon River, or boat and beach at Lake Ontario. The property features a large fire pit and entertainment room overlooking a private field. The renovated cottage sleeps up to 7 with three full-size beds and a couch. A 30-amp electrical and water hookup is available to accommodate a camper.

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

The Tug Hill fun doesn’t stop when the snow melts. The ATV trails are plentiful, as well as the hiking, hunting, fishing and swimming opportunities! The Little John Tiny Cabin makes the perfect hub for your adventure. With WiFi, coffee, and linens included, all you’ll need to bring is some fresh clothes and a bite to eat!

Welcome to our cozy cottage! This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch our smart tv. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!
