Newly converted historic stables near the beach

The cottage is a dog friendly, 2 double bedroom property, (sleeps 6) part of the historic Old Stables, situated in a quiet road about 800m from both the beach and Westbourne. The property has recently been lovingly converted - downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area (with sofa bed) and bespoke furniture, and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (Bedroom 2 can be used as a twin/king) and a family bathroom. There is a patio area, part of a secure courtyard.

Primrose Cottage is a beautifully designed semi-detached house, which was built in 2021, is on the market for the first time this summer and is ideal for you to enjoy a holiday in an impressive family home. The house has been tastefully furnished and has a wonderful kitchen and lounge/diner with bifold doors which open up on to the garden. The house is located down a private road, just off a residential road in Christchurch. A short walk away from the property you will find a convenience store.

The Cowshed is a beautifully renovated cottage that was originally the Cowshed of West Lulworth Farm. Nowadays, it has luxurious furnishings and finishes and really is your home away from home. The accommodation is on one level, boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! A great base for couples, family’s or friends. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom can be made as a twin or king. We also welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs (charges apply).
