Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Die Finca in Son Prohens bietet Erholung pur! Sie ist in sanfte Hügel gebettet mit Blick auf den Berg San Salvador, ein Haus in der Natur, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden gelegen. Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

La casa es de nueva construcción, de estilo mallorquín, realizada integramente con materiales de la isla, en planta baja se encuentra la cocina , el salón comedor, dos dormitorios y un baño. En la primera planta hay una sala de estar , un dormitorio y un baño. Hay dos terrazas en la parte delantera de la casa y otra en el primer piso, ambas disponen de mobiliario de madera. El jardín está compuesto por plantas autóctonas como el romero, limoneros, olivos...
